Open new blank layer and choice layer section to select color.

Step 3:

Make selected main background image (clipping path or anything selection) and select a new blank layer. So selection area is blinking. Select eyedropper to choose colors to use recolor. Select brush tool, and drug all blinking area to need recolor, remember, don’t miss 1% area then you can’t get good results.

Step 4:

If the color perfectly not match then went to menu Image > Adjust > Levels but recommended must select the main background layer. Now you can little bit change get final perfect results.

Step 5:

Now merge 2 layers, and save any format you want.
