After receiving instructions and sample images from the buyer, we provide 500 GB FTP server information or Dropbox / Wetransfer account to the customers for upload and download images. Then the buyer uploads the images our secure server. We allot a dedicated manager for each buyer. The dedicated manager then creates a workflow of image processing & a group meeting with Expert Clipping professional graphic designing team. We offer big discount for regular basis work.
All the image processing by our own specialized graphics designing team. Our official PC not connected internet & strictly secured USB port and other. So, not a single change of misused client images. We have 300 professional experts in our team. We have the ability to complete per day 5000+ images. We have 3 shifts, morning, evening and night. So, complex or average images processing is not too hard for Expert Clipping team.
We don’t compromise with quality work. Our first aim is to provide quality work. We have 3 quality controllers per shifts in our team. 3 steps to check images our professional QC. So there is no chance to provide wrong or inaccurate work.
We always complete work under 1 hours. If images are complex and 1000+ images then we’ll complete work less than 20 hours anyhow. We are so much committed that’s why no chance to cross deadline that we provide. We are strictly committed buyer about deadlines. We have a big image editing team that helps us to keep our promises so we don’t cross the deadline. Transfer complete work our secured FTP server. We created 2 TB FTP server account for each buyer. We have backup images of 1 year.
We always send invoice end of the work. If client has had regular basis work, then we always send the invoice end of the month. We accept, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, bank transfer or client choose to transfer payment. We are not sending payment request if buyer, not happy with our work, we are committed to buyer. We are not taking advanced payment about work. Always accept payment end of the work.
